Service & Cancellation

Arrowbrooke Landscapes does not use contracts. If you wish to cancel a service with us, please send us a written notice, email, or call at least 48 hours before your next service date. if you wish to skip a scheduled service, please call or email us 24 hours before your next scheduled service date.
Cancelling or skipping a scheduled service on the day of a schedule service is not allowed.
Skips or Cancellations -No same day skips or cancellations will be accepted. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the performance of our service please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Service areas must be made accessible to Arrowbrooke Landscapes’s team. There will be no refund or discount if work is unable to be completed due to inaccessible service areas. Return trips to finish any previous inaccessible service areas cost $25. Please leave service areas unlocked or supply a combination lock on your gates for your scheduled service day.
Please have pets in a secure location on the day of scheduled services. While we will do our best to be considerate of your pets, we are not ultimately responsible for unsecured pets. We do offer pet waste removal as part of our full lawn service.
While we can’t control the weather, we can work around it. If a scheduled service is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will re-organize our schedule and accommodate customers appropriately with proper re-prioritization. Please keep in mind that inclement weather at the beginning of the week could affect the entire week’s schedule.
Pools actually create more work for landscaping teams. Please be aware that there will not be any discounts for this this particular reason.
Any quoted price given by Arrowbrooke Landscapes is good for 30 days. After 30 day, the lawn conditions must be re-evaluated to determine the proper cost and materials needed.
Arrowscape Landscapes will replace or repair any drain covers or sprinkler heads that may be damaged during a service. However, we will not pay for a third party fix. If there’s been any damage, please let us know ASAP so we can remedy the situation immediately.
For best results, please do not water your lawn the evening before or morning of the day we are scheduled to service your lawn.
